We want you to love what you ordered, but let us know if something is not right. You may return the t-shirt and place a new order for a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any t-shirt you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, if it is damaged or defective, or if the t-shirt delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return it to us. Customers can return their order to us within 15 days after the order has been delivered in the original packaging, unused and resellable condition.
In the interests of hygiene and considering the COVID outbreak, we may refuse returns where it’s evident that the item has been used, worn, washed, or spoiled.
We request you to record a short video while opening your package of happiness.
If you received a defective or damaged piece, send us images or the short video at email@example.com, and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer support happiness Team, the refund will be processed via your original method of payment.
- Defective/Damaged products can be sent back to us once confirmed by the Customer support happiness Team.
- If you have to return something from a combo package, the whole package will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.
- If there is a manufacturing problem or any other inquiry about this, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on the number.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift wrapping costs will not be refunded if goods are returned.
- To maintain the strict hygiene measures of our t-shirts, we do not accept returns on Dry-fit t-shirts.
- Once you receive the package, take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
- Please pack the items safely to prevent any loss or damage during transportation. All items must be in pristine condition with all its original tags attached and packaging intact. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.

Once your returns are received and accepted, the refund amount will be processed as store points for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. RARER will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the amount of any shipping paid.
